The New Book by Jordan Romanoff!
I am often reminded of my time in Hugary by everyday things like wooden spoons and Hebrew prayers. I live each day as a portal for the past to portray itself in the present. Each day as I hold my daughter in my arms, I remember my childhood. But, it is not the idleness of my childhood that I remember with such vividness. It was our escape. It was the voyage we took in 1938 out of Hungary to meet our father in New York City. At the time I was only 11 years old, but my memories have not faded, and everyday I relive at least a part of that journey.
"This book reflects a timeless story that encourages our youth to engage in discussions of history, freedom and hope. It is books of this genre that continue to be invaluable to future generations."
